Abbott Construction is seeking a Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction activities in line with our safety standards and customer service dedication.

This role oversees on-site safety, trains staff, ensures subcontractor compliance, and builds field teams while reviewing Job Hazard Analyses for project hazards. Ground-up and structural concrete experience is required, with strong plans interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test.
• Ground-up and structural concrete experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Proficient with builder's level and theodolite.
• Experience in quality control, inspections, and reporting.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Ability to motivate and direct people and identify the right team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the construction site.
• Act as on-site safety officer and train delegates as needed.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and lead field teams throughout the construction process.
• Identify and prepare Job Hazard Analysis for hazards on the project.
