Job summary

Concrete Strategies, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to provide overall oversight of project financials, scheduling, and operations across multiple national concrete construction projects. The role requires leadership to guide PMs and engineers and ensure profitability.

You will lead cost reporting, manage change orders, and maintain strong GC relations while coordinating with executive leadership and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineering preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Experience leading PMs and engineers on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials including cost spread, reports, profitability, and change orders.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers and oversee project teams.
• Monitor change orders and collections; ensure effective GC relations.
• Coordinate weekly project reviews and ensure accurate cost projections.
• Manage scheduling, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
