Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead our Offsite Manufacturing team in Spokane, WA. You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with trades, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, 8 years of PM/engineering/construction experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of PM/engineering/construction experience preferred.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak.

Responsibilities

• Transitioning project management and engineering activities through the design to construction phase.
• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Preparing client and subcontractor change orders.
• Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
• Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors.
