Job summary

BluSky Restoration seeks a Project Director in Memphis to lead estimating, sales, and project oversight for restoration projects. You will work with owners and managers of commercial and residential properties affected by disasters to develop cost estimates and close sales, acting as the project quarterback to keep budgets on track.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$100,000 with uncapped commission potential and an OTE of $70,000–$200,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in restoration/construction.
• Extensive estimating experience including large loss and catastrophe.
• Willing to attend business development networking 2-3 evenings a week.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience utilizing Xactimate and estimating software.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of project management and financial processes.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
• Selling all BluSky services and converting opportunities into sales.
• Track and measure sales opportunities in CRM and tracking sheets.
• Oversee revenue production and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Develop project budgets and target margins; monitor costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to close leads.
• Lead business development activities and events; participate in BD meetings.
