BluSky Restoration in Memphis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in emergency services and restoration. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 with strong commission potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will strategize, develop a robust pipeline, and cultivate relationships with prospects while representing BluSky at trade shows and events. Travel up to 100% within the region is expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in restoration.
• Ability to attend evening/weekend networking events as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and execute sales strategy to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed conversion targets by building a robust pipeline.
