BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a driven Business Development Manager in the Memphis area to generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base. You will develop regional sales strategies, attend trade events, and nurture relationships with customers and partners.

The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding conversion rates, leveraging BluSky processes, and traveling within the assigned region. A base salary is offered with commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience required.
• Must be able to attend networking functions in the evening and weekends.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales activities into a CRM platform.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by developing a sales strategy and leveraging BluSky's model.
• Nurture and expand relationships to increase lead generation and average job size.
• Locate, present to, and sell BluSky to new prospects.
• Maintain membership in targeted associations and pursue leadership roles.
• Support sales efforts by following the established process and KPI targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contingency plans.
• Document activities using Salesforce and track client interactions.
