Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects, manage budgets, scheduling, vendor buyout, and safety compliance. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during emergencies and ongoing work.

The role requires strong field leadership and OSHA compliance, with a preference for experience on multi-family or commercial properties. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $105,000 plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and budgeting.
• Experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure work is properly contracted and costed; manage budgets.
• Track change orders and maintain project cost records.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profit goals as defined by BluSky.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
