Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a Project Director who can estimate, close sales, and manage restoration projects for commercial and residential properties affected by disasters. The role blends new business development with budgeting, profitability oversight, and ensuring timely invoicing and completion.

Starting base salary is $70,000–$100,000 with UNCAPPED commission potential; Commission OTE is $70,000–$200,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent marketing, business development and sales experience in restoration or construction.
• Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and close contracts.
• Develop project estimates and manage client communications.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely invoicing and project updates.
