Job summary

BW Design Group in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Project Manager to lead MEP design-build and design/bid/build projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial clients. You will manage scope, budgets and timelines, coordinating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality solutions.

The role requires eight+ years of capital projects experience, a BS in engineering, and a PE/RA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of project management and engineering experience delivering capital projects.
• Experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel for site work and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from concept to construction and startup.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, and construction teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements.
• Prepare proposals and support client communications.
