Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage comprehensive cost control, budgeting, and scheduling for complex projects.

The role requires leading project teams, mentoring PMs and engineers, and ensuring profitable outcomes through rigorous cost reporting and vendor evaluation. As a senior contributor, you will guide risk assessment, contract administration, and value development while maintaining safety standards and strong GC relationships across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with adaptable communication.
• Experience with project setup, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting.
• Understanding of critical path scheduling and self-perform concrete projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost spread.
• Review contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop schedule of values.
• Participate in project buy out and vendor evaluation.
• Early project planning including sequencing, scheduling, and resources.
• Weekly project reviews with project team.
• Attend Monthly Directors meetings.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ongoing project operations.
• Serve as executive contact for GC.
• Monitor Change Orders and collections.
• Maintain GC relations and cost projections.
• Solve project problems and oversee safety audits (monthly).
• Mentor PM/PE/Operations staff.
