Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field with 4+ years of experience or Associate degree with 6+ years; high school diploma with 8+ years.
• Experience with cost management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically and make quick, sound decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
• Ability to track multiple items with varying timelines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint; SharePoint and MS Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings.
• Verify accuracy of bills, invoices, trip tickets, and expense reports; process promptly.
• Enter project data including change orders and cost reports; oversee AP processes.
• Enter and maintain project scheduling information.
• Monitor submittals and RFIs in construction management software; expedite responses.
• Evaluate safety forms and maintain file management for compliance.
• Create new projects in PM software; provide daily/weekly reports to leadership.
• Coordinate required training programs and records for project personnel.
• Update SOPs and mentor new EO’s and CWK’s on best practices.
• Resolve project questions and provide accurate answers.
