Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is hiring a Staff Project Specialist in Chattanooga, TN for an 11-month contract to hire. The role requires onsite work with strong project coordination and financial tracking responsibilities.

You will interface with internal and external project leadership, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met within budget. Excellent communication and document control are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field and 4 years of related experience required; OR
• Associate's Degree and 6 years of related experience required; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with project team, client representatives, vendors and subcontractors on project development and execution.
• Enter and monitor project needs, deliverables and milestones; present monthly progress reports.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings.
• Verify invoices, trip tickets and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
