Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Staff Project Specialist in Chattanooga, TN for a 12-month contract to hire. The role focuses on interfacing with project leadership to ensure successful execution, including client communication, financial health, and scheduling across engineering projects.

You will organize team deliverables, drive documentation, reporting, and processes while coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep budgets and timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Associate or high school with years of related experience as stated.
• Experience with cost management systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings.
• Verify invoices, trip tickets and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter project data, change orders, cost reports, and manage AP processes.
• Enter scheduling information for projects.
• Monitor submittals and RFIs and expedite responses from internal team.
• Develop and publish site-specific safety and emergency plans.
• Create new projects in PM software and provide daily reports.
• Coordinate training programs and records for project personnel.
• Update SOPs and mentor new EO's and CWK's on best practices.
• Address project questions and perform other duties as assigned.
