Clark Construction in Louisa, VA seeks a Project Controls Analyst to act as the financial liaison for construction projects. Responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance, owner and subcontractor requisitions, and on-site collaboration with project teams and trade partners.

Ideal candidates will have CPA or accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, SAP/Textura/Coupa, and strong communication skills. Travel to active job sites is expected as projects range up to $1B.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compile owner requisitions and process subcontractor payments.
• Monitor project cash-flow, forecasts, and monthly cost reports.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, and scheduling.
