Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for its Construction Center of Excellence. You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and drive safe, compliant project delivery across facilities.

You will oversee contracting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment with mission-critical spaceflight objectives and internal standards for safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, construction management, or project management.
• 8+ years leading complex facility construction or renovations.
• Experience coordinating multiple subsystems to meet a system requirement.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Milestones and MS Project; proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and schedule creation for construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subs, manage documentation and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with state and government regulations for sites.
• Conduct site visits, track progress, and lead regular status meetings.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and change orders; monitor KPIs.
