Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives within our Center of Excellence. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance across multiple facilities.

Expect collaboration with internal teams and external partners to advance spaceflight infrastructure. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and a diligent approach to safety and quality in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, construction management, or PM.
• Minimum 8+ years in complex facility construction/renovations.
• Experience leading small- to mid-sized teams with multiple subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and customized scheduling.
• Negotiate contracts with GCs and subs.
• Manage project documentation and compliance with regs.
• Lead status meetings and progress reports with stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, risks, and KPIs; manage changes in scope.
• Review invoices and billing; process change orders and payments.
