Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multi-disciplined projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate design and construction teams, develop implementation plans, budgets, and schedules, and present updates to executives.

Role requires strong communication, leadership, and ability to work with development, brokerage, leasing, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong construction experience including large developments and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Project); Kahua software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project plans and budgets; manage design and construction team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation for clients and executives.
• Coordinate with development, investment, brokerage, leasing, and contractor teams.
• Coach and mentor junior project staff and participate in internal development programs.
