Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects, developing plans, budgets, and schedules. You will collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, clients, tenants, architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to execute project plans.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, reporting, and coordination with the development team on preliminary budgets and timelines for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus on construction-related field and 7+ years of related experience
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point and Project; Procore Construction Software preferred
• Practical understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection process; coordinate with local jurisdictions and entitlement teams
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting while taking direction from multiple project leaders
• Working understanding of development, financing, and pro forma generation
• Ability to collaborate with executive, development, brokerage, and investment teams; internal and external leasing teams; and various consultants
• Strong, clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations as necessary
• Ability to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures, and to write reports

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team
• Develop and present implementation plan, budgets, and schedule for approval
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to execute project plans
• Provide timely project management documentation and reporting
• Partner with development team for preliminary budgets and schedules for executives
• Implement project according to schedule
• Maintain schedule and budget updates and present to clients and executives weekly
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, owners, and property management team
• Contribute to team performance and process improvements
• Coach and mentor project staff
• Participate in internal/external development programs and mentoring
• Network in the community on behalf of the company
• Perform other duties as assigned
