Lincoln Property Company in the United States is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to independently manage mid-to-large capital projects. You will own budgets, schedules, and vendor performance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to Lincoln's standards.

This 100% in-office position requires travel to properties and client meetings within the market. The role emphasizes strong client-facing communication, contractor selection, contract review, and rigorous site oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction and/or tenant improvement projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and building codes.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, and stakeholders on assigned construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, providing regular status reporting to clients and leadership.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors appropriate to project requirements.
• Review and negotiate contracts, bids, and change orders, ensuring alignment with project budget and objectives.
• Oversee construction document review, permitting, and the AHJ approval process.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Manage the pay application, invoicing, and project accounting process.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, warranties, and as-built documentation.
