Job summary

Strong communication, 10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read contracts and drawings are essential, with BIM and Lean experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least ten years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Experience with Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate the management of multiple projects.
• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish, update and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
