Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide leadership to foster environment of diversity and inclusion for all staff.
• Develop and update master schedule to incorporate Self-Perform Operations (SPO) schedule and coordinate with partners.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports for budget adherence.
• Ensure timely submission of pay applications and change orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and price decisions.
