Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ten years related experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and interpret contract docs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the project and drive high-performance teams.
• Supervise, train, mentor staff; provide regular performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to establish trust and strategic alignment.
• Understand Turner’s contracts and subcontract agreements; ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership to influence change and drive safety protocols.
• Foster relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and its execution.
• Oversee budget, financial reporting, and adherence to the project budget.
• Manage QA/QC programs and risk evaluation; participate in negotiations.
• Communicate progress in regular Operations Review Meetings.
