Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead daily management of complex Indianapolis projects. You will direct staffing, budgets, schedules, and safety programs, reporting to Senior Project Manager or Project Executive as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least ten years’ related experience, with strong contract literacy and leadership capabilities. Exposure to QA/QC, risk management, and client relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of related construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Proven supervision and staff development abilities.
• Experience with QA/QC, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Manage staff performance and career development.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Understand and administer Turner’s contracts and subcontracts.
• Provide leadership to influence change and safety protocols.
• Oversee Master Project Schedule and budget reporting.
• Manage QA/QC program and risk evaluation.
• May collaborate with preconstruction and ensure timely payments.
• Communicate progress in Operations Review Meetings.
