Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks an experienced project manager to lead data center construction programs, coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams across the full lifecycle. Strong emphasis on budget control, risk mitigation, and value engineering will drive project success.

You will engage with complex MEP systems, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication to stakeholders. Hybrid work is available, with occasional on-site collaboration and client visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in data centers or critical environments.
• Experience managing full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders on data center construction projects.
• Support development and maintenance of strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Monitor project budgets, track forecasts, review costs, and support change management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Support procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
• Participate in constructability reviews and value engineering to optimize outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate with internal teams and trade partners.
• Flexibly work across remote, onsite client, or Accenture office locations; some in-person time required.
