Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned project manager to oversee full construction programs. You will manage contracts, budgets, schedules and stakeholder communications, working onsite at client locations to drive delivery from early strategy to handover.

The role demands deep experience across preconstruction, construction, and closeout, with leadership to guide teams, ensure compliance and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture and/or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing all phases of higher education programs/projects.
• 10+ years in preconstruction, construction and closeout with strong decision making.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and policies.
• Develop, manage and track project budgets; review proposals, change orders and pay apps.
• Establish and maintain project schedules; coordinate milestones and critical-path tasks.
• Maintain construction documentation, bidding, startup, closeout, submittals and RFIs.
• Communicate updates to clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams; report progress.
• Develop and implement PM policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation for cost, schedule and quality.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project staff and partners.
• Provide direction to design firms, consultants and contractors during development and construction.
• Manage project closeout, punch list, final payments and record submission.
• Onsite at client site to enable delivery and strengthen client relationships.
