Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 3 years’ construction management experience or 5 years’ equivalent experience.
• Experience leading contractors and design partners to meet standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project execution on schedule, within scope, and budget, directing contractors and design partners.
• Review and approve drawings, specs, and submittals for compliance with standards and regs.
• Manage construction compliance by enforcing Walmart and industry standards and addressing deviations.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to resolve issues and monitor quality and schedule metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align activities with operational priorities and prepare status reports.
• Drive process improvements and document best practices for repeatable delivery.
