Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Project Management to support store operations and offsite warehouse teams. You will manage fixture processing, remodeling workflows, and project timelines while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with stores, market leadership, vendors, Asset Protection, and city officials to coordinate asset management and minimize losses, driving continuous improvements nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities by collaborating with offsite warehouse and store operations associates to ensure timely processing and installation of fixtures and displays.
• Manage remodeling workflows by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
• Provide customer service by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and supporting purchasing decisions within remodeled areas.
• Communicate project status, phasing plans, and expectations to stakeholders, fostering effective teamwork and alignment.
• Develop and implement process improvements by analyzing data and feedback to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support teams through coaching, feedback, and resource sharing to achieve quality results and adapt to change.
