Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store builds, and special projects nationwide. You will own project execution, supervise hourly teams, and coordinate with store leadership to keep timelines and budgets on track. Occasional travel and overnight shifts are required.

Experience in construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design is preferred, with a focus on developing associates and ensuring excellence in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design or operations.
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with leadership.
• Communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
