This role emphasizes proactive risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear stakeholder communication, driving process improvements and delivering safe, cost-efficient construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 3 years’ construction management experience or 5 years’ related work experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Experience with contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project execution to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
• Direct contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure Walmart standards and plans compliance.
• Review and approve construction documents, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks to maintain momentum.
• Provide status reports, issue logs, and budget updates to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements for delivery efficiency and constructability.
• Oversee contractor performance and quality control throughout the lifecycle.
