Talent Acq Llc seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction. You will guide PMs and APMs, holding financial and client accountability across your portfolio.

This leadership role is broader than a single project, focusing on complex program management, safety, and robust project controls across multiple initiatives in Rhode Island and nearby areas.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in construction, including project management.
• 6+ years managing construction project financial controls and schedules.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and project control software (Jonas or similar).
• Working knowledge of project financials — invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple construction projects from inception through completion, delivering on time and on budget.
• Guide PMs and APMs while carrying financial and client accountability across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and subs to drive buyouts, subcontractor info, submittals, and RFIs.
• Monitor financial position including change orders, cash flow projections, and Cost-to-Complete.
• Lead project meetings, drive risk management, and ensure safety program adherence.
• Maintain project logs, schedules, drawings, and documentation; resolve scheduling issues.
• Support business development and repeat work through professional relationships.
