Job summary

Talent Acq Llc in Southern New England is seeking an experienced project manager leader to drive a confidential search. This player-coach role will build and lead the project management function while personally running the portfolio’s largest and most complex highway and infrastructure projects.

You will establish PM standards, hire and develop PMs and coordinators, forecast revenue, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure profitability while coordinating across field teams, customers,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive PM experience in heavy highway, heavy civil, or infrastructure.
• Track record of leading PMs, not just working alongside them.
• Experience building or significantly improving PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the PM framework: structure, standards, processes, reporting.
• Hire and develop PMs, APMs, and project coordinators.
• Forecast project revenue and long-term schedule and resource planning.
• Budgeting, change orders, invoicing, and project profitability.
• Coordinate between field, customers, suppliers, and leadership.
