Catalano Construction, Inc., an established site excavation and utility contractor, seeks a qualified Project Manager to lead on-site projects across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts from the Cumberland, Rhode Island office. The successful candidate will manage their own projects from buyout through closeout as part of a small PM team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years experience as a project manager on site work, utility, or heavy civil projects over $1M.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple projects and changing deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Procore.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Aufgaben

• Budgeting and scheduling of projects.
• Review and manage subcontractor and vendor buyouts.
• Track project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and files.
• Manage Change Order Requests.
• Maintain communication with superintendents, project foremen, general contractors, and clients.
• Assist with closeout documentation for submission to clients.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, general contractors, and project owners.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
