Job summary

W.T. Rich Company, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee project financial performance, and mentor project management staff. The role requires a track record in large commercial projects, strong client relations, and the ability to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Proven success managing large-scale commercial projects or multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple projects through the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong client, architect, engineer and subcontractor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, assistants, engineers, and staff.
• Partner with executives to set goals, staffing plans, and resources.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, change management and risk.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with owners, design teams, subs, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with superintendents to maintain schedules, quality, and safety.
