Korn Ferry is assisting a client in recruiting a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership for a large portfolio of construction projects and to mentor a high-performing project management team.

This role drives project execution, financial performance, and operational excellence across multiple complex initiatives, with a focus on coaching and developing others while ensuring safety and alignment with company objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
• Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, including projects exceeding $10M in value and portfolios exceeding $30M.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project support when needed.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presence.
• Experience within general contracting, construction management, mechanical contracting, industrial construction, infrastructure, or related project-based environments.
• A humble, team-oriented leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of large-scale construction projects.
• Drive project profitability, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and senior project leaders.
• Serve as a trusted coach and resource to project teams, helping solve complex project challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and field leadership to optimize project outcomes.
• Participate in staffing, resource planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices throughout project operations.
