Procopio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The role focuses on safe delivery, on-time schedule, budget adherence, and top-quality outcomes while nurturing client, design partner, subcontractor, and internal team relationships. Responsibilities include mentoring Project Managers and Superintendents, maintaining profitability, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15–20+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple project teams.
• Strong financial and contract management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Provide direction throughout preconstruction, construction, and project closeout.
• Ensure projects meet financial, operational, and quality objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve complex project issues and elevate decisions when appropriate.
• Maintain accountability for project profitability and financial performance.
• Review project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow.
• Approve major change orders and contract modifications.
• Monitor labor productivity and financial trends across projects.
• Partner with finance and accounting on forecasting and reporting.
