Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc seeks a Construction Project Management Lead for its Commercial Projects & Services team in the Western US, based in the San Francisco or Los Angeles markets. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale lighting and window system projects, coordinating across engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure successful commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication with owners, developers, contractors and field teams.
• Willingness to travel across the Western United States and support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of Lutron's Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions aligned with client requirements and goals.
• Represent Lutron at construction project meetings and drive timely resolutions at the jobsite.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design through commissioning and handover for complex projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build trusted relationships with owners, developers, and contractors.
• Oversee post-sale activities including contract negotiations, project profitability, and service agreements.
