Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience across design and construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Hands on management and oversight of multiple projects including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, new construction (ground up).
• Concurrently manage various phases of a project from initiation through design, planning, approvals, permits, construction and closeout.
• Demonstrate full accountability for end-to-end project management.
