Job summary

35 North LLC is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager in Durham, NC to lead projects from conception to completion. You will manage resources, budgets, schedules, and safety plans while coordinating with clients, GCs, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive project success across stakeholders in healthcare/public sector environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Motivate performance to exceed owner objectives, requirements, quality, and productivity.
• Develop project execution strategies, logistics, and safety plans with stakeholders.
• Support clients in setup, budgets, contracts, and project processes.
• Prepare budgets and track costs to meet budgets.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes, buyouts, and day-to-day management.
• Solicit and secure contractors via RFP processes.
• Perform site walkthroughs and provide feedback to GC and subs.
• Maintain quality control, document control, and communication plans.
