Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimates from conceptual design to detailed construction.
• Ensure client satisfaction with cost management performance.
• Source material and equipment quotes.
• Perform quantitative takeoff using plans and specifications.
• Participate in estimate QAQC and review process.
