Qualifications

• Ten years of maintenance project management in institutional buildings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budget and capital/facility improvement budget.
• Develop concepts, programs and budgets for projects; present recommendations to Hospital Administration.
• Manage Design/Construction function including capital improvement and in-house projects.
• Provide leadership for professional and technical personnel and supervisors.
• Coordinate interior renovation requests and delivery plans using in-house resources.
• Represent UNC Health Care as Owner's representative; ensure documentation and turnovers.
