Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects including oversight of Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.
• Lead the work acquisition process and develop profitability plans.
• Manage the preconstruction phase and develop project budgets.
