Invoke Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for a growing Raleigh‑Durham general contractor focused on Commercial, Life Science, Healthcare, and Mission Critical projects. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the main contact for owners, architects, and trade partners.

You will lead the project, manage budgets and schedules, build relationships with subcontractors, mentor junior staff, and help improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience in roles with GC exposure.
• Experience in one or more of: life science, healthcare, mission critical, or complex commercial/interior build-out.
• Working knowledge of contracts, change management, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Sage, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover, owning cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, flag risks early.
• Create and update project schedules in coordination with superintendents and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
