Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction/tenant improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, schedules, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners and stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules; report status to clients/leadership.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Review contracts, bids, and change orders to stay on budget.
• Oversee document review, permitting, and AHJ approvals.
• Conduct site visits for quality, schedule, and safety.
• Manage pay applications, invoicing, and project accounting.
• Identify and resolve project risks; escalate as needed.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists and commissioning.
