Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site direction of ground-up commercial projects in Dallas, TX. You will manage budgets, develop critical-path schedules, allocate resources, and maintain strict safety and quality standards while guiding project teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred, not required
• 8–10 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
• Experience with Primavera and Procore preferred
• Experience with BIM or laser scanning technologies
• Preconstruction leadership on negotiated projects

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direction for construction projects to ensure success and compliance
• Manage project costs to complete within budget and optimize profitability
• Develop and implement critical-path schedules to meet deadlines
• Lead project teams to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction
• Oversee safety monitoring to ensure a safe work environment
• Facilitate project closeouts and apply lessons learned for improvement
• Engage in strategic planning to align projects with company vision
