Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Science or Engineering is preferred but not required.
• 5-10 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction, including retail, office, and industrial.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera and Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Managers and Office Engineers to ensure project success.
• Plan and conduct estimating handoff and project kickoff meetings.
• Assist the project team with developing a project risk management strategy.
• Oversee the project safety program to ensure a secure work environment.
• Prepare monthly billing to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Skills

Construction Science or Engineering degree

5-10 years of experience in commercial construction

Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera, Procore)

Experience with technologies (BIM, digital plan rooms)

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
