Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an experienced On-Site Construction Manager / Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on a new project in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and budget adherence, with focus on MEP coordination and problem-solving in the field.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction supervision, proven ability to manage subs and schedules, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend and Office 365. OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
• Experience in both ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and coordination.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership with communication and organization.
• Proficient in construction software and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring design, schedule, codes and safety compliance.
• Manage daily field operations, subs, in-house staff, and inspections.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and MEP contractors to resolve field issues.
• Review bids, negotiate pricing and terms for best value.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and daily reports.
