Job summary

RGZ Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to own awarded projects from handoff through closeout. This hands-on role requires coordinating with estimating, field leadership, and general contractors to protect schedule, budget, and margin while delivering client satisfaction.

Preference for those with subcontracting experience and strong drawing-reading skills. The position is based in Dallas, TX, and involves working in person with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets construction drawings and specs.
• Manages project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Handles change orders and pay applications.
• Keeps projects on schedule and coordinates with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Review awarded projects including scope, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks.
• Coordinate handoff with estimating and field teams.
• Develop material procurement and manpower plans.
• Submit submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and installation sequencing.
• Resolve site conflicts and coordination issues.
• Perform periodic site visits to verify progress and quality.
• Manage RFIs, change directives, and closeout documents.
