Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a dedicated Project Manager in Dallas, Texas to oversee all aspects of construction on assigned projects. The role requires management of project costs and development of schedules aimed at meeting all deadlines and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will lead project teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage project planning while providing technical direction. Applicants should have substantial experience in commercial construction and be familiar with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred but not required.
• 5-10 years of experience in ground up commercial construction.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera & Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Managers, Office Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Plan and hold project kick off and estimating meetings.
• Monitor progress and maintain project schedule.
