Job summary

Rogers-O’Brien Construction in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Project Manager- High Rise to lead on-site direction for complex high-rise commercial projects, manage costs to stay within budgets, and develop critical-path schedules.

The role requires team leadership, safety and quality oversight, and strong client relations, with involvement in RFQs/RFPs and business development as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Expertise in developing and managing project schedules (critical path).
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to address project challenges with practical solutions.
• Technical proficiency in construction processes and direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direction for all construction aspects to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
• Manage project costs to complete projects within budget and optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement project schedules in critical path steps to ensure timely completion.
• Lead project teams, ensuring satisfaction and optimal performance toward project goals.
• Oversee safety monitoring to guarantee a safe work environment for all project participants.
• Facilitate project closeout processes and capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Engage in strategic planning to align projects with company vision and reputation.
