Job summary

ARCO Construction Company in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimating, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution while partnering with owners and design teams to drive value and results.

The role requires 5-8+ years PM experience, design-build familiarity, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects.
• Highly prefer design-build experience.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
